Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. Entries for the prize draw (“Prize Draw”) must be received by Jacques Vert Plc no later than 5.00pm on 31/08/2010. To enter, simply submit your email address on the newsletter page. 

2. The monthly prize draw prize consists of one £500 voucher to spend at the winner’s choice via any of the following online stores: Jacques Vert, Windsmoor, Planet or Precis Petite.

3. The prize is as stated and under no circumstances will a cash alternative be available. The prize is not transferable.

4. Winners will be picked at random and will be notified by email no later than 7 days after the prize draw has taken place.

5. Entry is restricted to one per household.

6. Entrants must be 18 years old or over and be residents of the UK.

7. By entering the Prize Draw and providing your email address, you agree that Jacques Vert Plc will send to you, via the email address provided, occasional newsletters in relation to products, offers and other promotional literature. Jacques Vert Plc will not pass your email address to any third party.

8. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw.

9. Jacques Vert Plc reserves the right to withhold the prize when it has reasonable belief there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of entries from the same source, or if it has reasonable belief that the prize is being abused in any way.

11. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion.
