Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Jacques Vert purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the items to Jacques Vert for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:
• The products are returned complete
• Are in perfect condition, unused
• And with the original packaging within 14 days of your order being placed.
• Items must always be returned in original condition
• We cannot accept the return of items where there is evidence that the following instructions have not been followed:
• Clothing: When trying on clothing please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
• Jewellery: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches; store in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Do not use force.
Please note that if the above conditions are not met, we may refuse to accept your return.
Returns
When returning items please follow these instructions:
• In the Returns section on your Delivery Note, tick the Refund Box.
• Enter the Reason Code.
• Detach the address label and stick to the outside of the packaging you will be returning the goods in.
• Detach the Returns Note along the perforated line and place inside the parcel being returned.
• Take the labelled parcel to your nearest Post Office and pay the appropriate postage
• We strongly recommend that you send your return by a ‘signed for on delivery’ postal method.
• The parcel remains the customers’ responsibility until it reaches us. Customers will receive an email confirming receipt of their parcel once it has been accepted back into our warehouse.
• Products must be returned to us within 14 days of your order date.
• Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed and your money refunded.
• Returns postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty.
Please note, products cannot be exchanged or refunded at our concessions or stores.
